• There is a small courtyard with a patio in front of the property that is not fenced and leads to a public car park, therefore children must be supervised outside at all times.
• The front door leads directly from the VIP room to the main street, and guests with small children are advised to lock the front door.
• Stairs lead directly to the master bedroom on the second floor.
• The windows on the upper floor do not close, children can climb on them
• It is a Grade II listed listed building with many features including stairs to the front door, multiple levels, narrow and steep internal stairs, low beams including those you have to walk under to get to the master bedroom on the first floor
• Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors only operate on sound, so people with severe hearing loss may not be able to hear the alarm system and may be at risk.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the hotel.
