This isOne bedroom holiday homeBourton-on-the-Water is ideal for a romantic getaway or for families and small groups of friends heading to the Cotswolds for the weekend. This one-story apartment is arranged as follows:

• Although the barn is one level, there are two steps to the patio and one to the main entrance.
• Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors only operate on sound, so people with severe hearing loss may not be able to hear the alarm system and may be at risk.
• Smoking and vaping are prohibited throughout the hotel.

• This property can accommodate up to 4 people. Infants are not included in the number of guests, but due to space restrictions, a maximum of 1 extra infant can be accommodated
• Events may not take place without prior approval
• This property requires a deposit.
• Check-in time is 5:00 PM and check-out time is 10:00 AM.
• Rainbow Barns is a separate property where the owners live. Note that the owner's dog, although very friendly, is often in their garden.
• With the permission of the owner, guests can use the washing machine and dryer in the owner's house.
• The Bourton-on-the-Water Co-op has charging points if needed
