• The property has a small outside terrace which is not fenced and overlooks the shared car park so children must be supervised at all times.
• The front door leads directly from the lounge onto the main road, it is recommended to keep it closed when small children are present.
• Stairs lead directly to the master bedroom on the second floor.
• Windows on upper floors do not have locks and may be accessible to small children climbing
• This is an older listed building with many features including steps up to the front door, multiple floors, steep narrow internal stairs, low beams including a beam that needs to be lowered to access the second floor master bedroom.
• Smoke and CO alarms only work solidly and therefore people with severe hearing impairments may not be able to hear the alarm systems and may be at risk.
• No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property
